 12/1/09 Dating Program available. (see below for details)

• $1,500 Minimum Order 

• Net December 1, 2009

• Customers with dating invoices paid in full within 15 days of the invoice/shipment date will be issued a rebate check by the 10th of the following month as indicated below:

INVOICE/SHIPMENT DATE

% REBATE

• Prior to July 1, 5%

• After July 1 and prior to September 1. 4%

• After September 1 no rebate

• Rebates for invoices paid by credit card will be reduced 1%. Checks will not be issued for rebate amounts that are less than $25. This information will be printed on the invoice.

Conditions:  

• All accounts are subject to credit approval.
• Orders can be placed January 1, 2009 – July 31, 2009.
• All products in the Fall/Holiday catalogs and all Glass merchandise will be included in this dating program along with containers in the Spring 2009 catalog.
• All orders are subject to shipment after April 12, 2009 (Easter) or at an earlier date if requested.
• Orders are not eligible for future shipment dates.
• All orders must state “Christmas Dating” on the purchase order and must be signed by the customer.
• If an order includes both merchandise that qualifies for dating and merchandise that does not qualify for dating, that order will split into two separate shipments with different terms.
